Mr. Rodriguez is a Texas licensed attorney with a multi-disciplinary statewide law practice possessing almost three decades of litigation and trial experience and more than 23 years of service as general and special legal counsel to local governmental entities, including their boards, commissions, officials and employees.
A graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, he received his undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and studied at the East China Institute of Politics and Law, Shanghai, PRC.
Arturo D. Rodriguez, Jr. works primarily in municipal, environmental, solid waste, water quality, water districts, oil and gas, administrative, and utility law.
Mr. Rodriguez has held full-time positions as Assistant City Attorney for the cities of San Antonio and Georgetown, Texas.
Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the Texas City Attorneys Association and the International Municipal Lawyers Association, Williamson and Travis County Bar Associations, and the Hispanic Bar Association.
He has authored several articles and presented speeches on issues affecting municipalities.
