Cindy’s practice of law initially included commercial contracts and business matters. Upon relocating to Texas, and associating her practice with the firm, she offers firm clients calculated, strategic, and dedicated advocacy. She is involved in a variety of legal matters, including land use, economic development, real estate transactions, and related litigation.
With exceptional research skills and a finely tuned ability to analyze complex regulatory frameworks, she crafts compelling strategies and arguments which lead to effective resolutions for client disputes. Cindy leaves no stone unturned when delving into the facts and law, allowing her to define intricate issues and develop clear, actionable solutions and, with the client’s direction, execute those solutions on the client’s behalf.
Cindy is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas and serves as an Associate Attorney at Hyde Kelley LLP.
